Who we are

Panther DJ Sets is a Panther Nexus brand based in Medellín, Colombia. In this policy, “Panther,” “we” and “us” refer to the team responsible for this website and the information submitted through it.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide through our project inquiry, talent application and Join the Frequency forms. Depending on the form, this can include your name, professional name, email address or WhatsApp number, city, social or portfolio links, creative experience, project details, timing and production range.

We also collect limited technical and usage information—such as page views, referral source, campaign parameters, device category and performance measurements—to understand whether the site works well. Our first-party analytics is designed to avoid storing raw IP addresses and respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Why we use it

We use information to review and respond to inquiries, evaluate voluntary talent applications, manage requested audience updates, understand site performance, prevent abuse, improve our productions and keep an internal record of communications. We do not sell personal information.

Consent and audience updates

Submitting a project inquiry or application authorizes Panther to use the information for the purpose shown on that form. Joining the Frequency authorizes the updates described beside the email field. You may withdraw from audience updates at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed or information we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Service providers and external platforms

We use carefully selected providers for website hosting, database storage, transactional email and performance monitoring. Those providers process information on our behalf and may operate outside Colombia.

YouTube videos load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain only after you choose to play them. If you open YouTube, Instagram, SoundCloud or WhatsApp, that platform’s own privacy terms apply.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, our legitimate business records and applicable legal obligations. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, update, correct or delete information we hold about you, or revoke an authorization where applicable. You may also ask how your information has been used or request proof of your authorization. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Minors

Talent applications are limited to people aged 18 or older. The website is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor submitted information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and remove it.
